Red Bamboo

I haven't been to Red Bamboo in a while (vegetarian soul food). I had the soul chicken sandwich and the collard green roll for lunch today. I forgot how good the food is. The texture of the "chicken" is almost like the real thing. I don't know how they do it. The price is pretty decent for lunch as well. The sandwich with the roll was $6.
