bklyn Designs Show

Just as the school semester ends for us, the madness of Design Week begins. This is the first year I've been around for it since I normally visit the Bay Area during breaks.

Here are a few pictures from bklyn Designs, "an annual contemporary design exhibition for consumers and members of the trade presented by the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce." Pratt had a really great booth this year. Open and right in front. The rest of the exhibit was pretty small. The booths were a bit cramped but there were a couple interesting items including designs from Takeshi Miyakawa, strong geometric lines.

Afterwards I went for a stroll at the park nearby. It was a beautiful day.
