After four hours straight in the shop, I'm exhausted. I'm trying to get the mold done before the shop closes for spring break, not that I'll be breaking. Most of us are working straight through. There just isn't enough time to get everything done!
Roughed out the notches on remaining pieces to make routing easier.
Clamp the master on top, drill holes, and screw the two pieces together.
Make duplicates of the master with the router.
Unscrew and repeat clamp, drill, screw, route, unscrew until four duplicates are made.
